One of my concessions to #kitchen and household #laziness is buying boneless meat. It's more expensive, not as flavorful, and has less nutritive value, but it's easier to split into portions and freeze for a single woman. There's less waste hanging around to attract insects before I remember to put the compost bin out at the kerb on Mondays.
With smaller portions, I can push a knife through it even when partially frozen, and whip up a quick stir-fry in a few minutes, even when tired. #cooking
Worst case scenario is sliced chicken or pork and vegetable stir-fry with a bottled sauce (Bachan's, Kikkoman, Lee Kum Kee, what have you) and reheated frozen rice.
Delicious dinner in 10 min flat that isn't horribly unhealthy. 5 min prep, 5 min cooking.
10 min cleanup, max. One bowl, one pan, one cup, one pair chopsticks, one spoon, one knife, one cutting board. Done.
